After working 20 years as Troy’s police clerk, Anne Williams recently retired. Starting work for the city in 2004, Williams is credited with starting the police department’s Explorer Program. She has been married for 30 years and looks forward to spending time with her two children and three grandchildren, with a fourth on the way.
