Funeral services for Geraldine Bebee of Winfield, will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3, 2025 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield. Rev. Kris Hagemeier, pastor of the Elsberry First Christian Church in Elsberry, will officiate with burial in Whispering Winds Cemetery near Winfield.

Geraldine, 84, passed away Friday evening, Dec. 27, 2024 at Windsor Estates in St. Charles. Born Feb. 21, 1940 in Rives, she was the daughter of Thomas Aaron Martin, Georgia Alton Martin and stepmother Imogene Martin. Geraldine graduated from Roosevelt High School in St. Louis. She married Joseph Roy Bebee Oct. 13, 1957 in St. Louis. This union was blessed with two sons: Joseph and Christopher. Geraldine was a loving homemaker.

Geraldine was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Martin, Georgia Martin and step-mother Imogene Martin; three brothers: Bob, Eddie and Steve; and her beloved husband of 63 years, Joseph Bebee, who died Jan. 30, 2021.

Survivors include two sons, Joseph Bebee and his wife, Carlla, of Gallatin, Tenn., and Chris Bebee and his wife, Elaine, of St. Charles; four grandchildren, Tony, Devin, Matthew and Brendan; and three great-grandchildren, Arabella, Tyler and Brayden. Geraldine also leaves one brother, Jerry Martin; two sisters, Shirley Holt and Pam Martin; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from noon until time of the service at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3, 2025 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
