'Excited': County Collector, Assessor move into former bank
TROY - Increased access and more space are the primary reasons for a major move for the Lincoln County Assessor and Collector’s offices to the former Bank of America building.“Staffs in each office are excited about the larger space and the accessibility that the public will have,” said Kevin Bishop, the county’s assessor.The offices officially opened for business in their new location on April 21. Last year, the county finalized the purchase, located on Highway 47 in Troy for $2.1 Million.
